LDC Membership Agreements

There are distinct license agreements for the four categories of LDC membership: "for-profit" (corporate or commercial), "not-for-profit" (academic or non-commercial), U.S. Government, and LDC Online (not-for-profit and government entities only). Please print and sign two copies of the apropriate license.

The membership agreement must be signed by someone who is legally empowered to commit your organization to observing the terms of the membership agreement.

• For U.S. Government Entities .
• For LDC Online Membership (not-for-profit and government entities) .

LDC User Licenses

Due to restrictions imposed by copyright holders, the LDC must receive a signed user license before we can ship some of our corpora. These licenses must be signed by someone who is legally empowered to commit your organization to observing the terms of the user license.
